PCM (Phase Contrast Microscopy)

NIOSH method 7400 and OSHA ORM
This method allows for the analysis of air cassette sample filters. The results are based on the volume of air sampled and are expressed as fibers per cubic centimeters. PCM analysis is not fiber specific and will count all fibers meeting the methods criteria for fiber determination.
